Branson Ltd produced a magnificent memorial bench for our much-missed friend and colleague. It’s positioned in the Embankment Gardens by the Thames and is being enjoyed by London’s office workers and tourists alike, looking for a moment’s rest and enjoy the glorious view. Kris Laskowski ensured all our requirements were met, including the plaque inscription and the precise position in the gardens we requested. We took delivery of our carved Westminster bench today and we could not have been more delighted with it. The material, carving and finish are excellent. It is a bench of the highest quality and the level of craftsmanship is fantastic. Kris was a pleasure to deal with and very sympathetic with us as it was in memory of our beloved Labrador. The carving was exactly as we had asked, which I am sure was not an easy task but it was exactly as we had requested. I ordered a Greenwich bench engraved with a dedication from Branson Leisure Ltd and am extremely pleased with the result. I commissioned a dedication bench in Victoria Embankment Gardens for my mother, who passed away last December. They knew I was coming to visit London in November and so knew there was a deadline for me so that I could come and see the bench. Kris and the team were so kind and listened to my requests. He kept me up to date with progress and sent me photos of the installed bench, and where I would be able to find it. I have today received back a Victorian era seat, which was taken for repair in June. I am delighted with the work done; it was indeed in a poor state, and now looks as if straight from the manufacturer. The item was collected, and delivered back, at the times specified. The additional work needed meant the job took rather more time than expected, but the overall price represented excellent value. The staff to whom I spoke took pride in their work, and it shows.
